Another Man's Treasure Vintage Store

Established in 2006, Another Man’s Treasure has been included in both USA today, and Elle.com's best places to shop vintage in America.  Refinery 29 even listed Another Man's Treasure as one of 25 reasons to move to NJ! Owners Meika and Warren Franz bring years of experience, buying savvy, and a keen eye for quality and detail to the business, continually hunting, sourcing, and hand-picking across the country and abroad, resulting in a constantly evolving and expanding collection. New items are added to the shop weekly, including a selection of vintage vinyl provided by our friends over at Jersey City's best kept secret Iris Records.  Another Man’s Treasure’s dedication to providing its customers with the best vintage clothing - seasonally appropriate and on-trend - at affordable prices is obvious in their selection. Their vintage finds have graced the pages of such noted publications as Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Marie Claire, New York Magazine, Time Out NY, & many more.

The store, open seven days a week and located at 195 Montgomery Street in Jersey City, is a few block from the Grove Street PATH Train station and a short distance from the Holland Tunnel, making the shop a convenient must-visit destination for New York vintage shoppers in the know.

Meika, whose forebears in New Jersey and California worked in the sewing and garment construction industries, grew up surrounded by thread, fabric, and clothes, and developed a highly-discriminating sense for material and aesthetic quality. Warren, a native of Yorkshire, England who met Meika when his rock band was on tour in New York City, has an impressive knowledge of fashion and cultural history. Both have a knack for finding beautiful items, styling, and staying on trend while remaining faithful to the spirit of past styles. They even named their daughter Biba after the famous 1960's London boutique.
